Sheila Headshot_edited.jpg

Sheila Bianchi - Director, Second Church Nursery School

With 34 years of experience in education, Sheila's heart has always been with children, and her philosophy is simple: Learning through play is the most effective way to help them grow. Whether it’s through laughter, hands-on discovery, or simply enjoying the process, I believe every child learns best when they’re engaged and having fun.

As a director, she is passionate about creating an environment where both children and educators thrive. Sheila's focus is on meeting children where they are and ensuring they feel supported, respected, and encouraged every step of the way. She believes it is not just about teaching, it’s about building relationships, fostering growth, and guiding children to be the best versions of themselves. When she is not working, Sheila is at home with her husband and three wonderful children. Born and raised in Newton, She is grateful to call this community her home, both personally and professionally.
